Coadum Advisors Principal Cops To $30M Ponzi Scheme

Law360, New York (December 21, 2011, 6:50 PM EST) -- Coadum Advisors Inc. principal Thomas E. Repke pled guilty Wednesday in Georgia federal court to conspiracy to commit fraud for his role in a securities fraud Ponzi scheme at the firm that bilked investors of $30 million.

The guilty plea comes less than two weeks before Repke’s jury trial was scheduled to begin and follows a guilty plea in April by his co-defendant and former business partner James Jeffery, prosecutors said.
