Tris Pharma Kicks Cough Syrup Infringement Claims

Law360, New York (December 21, 2011, 6:53 PM EST) -- A New Jersey federal judge on Wednesday let Tris Pharma Inc. off the hook on allegations that its generic cough suppressant infringes a competitor’s patent, saying Tris had demonstrated that its product was differently formulated, but kept alive claims for an employee's trade secrets theft and unfair competition.
