Law360, New York (December 22, 2011, 10:03 PM EST) -- Camico Mutual Insurance Co. must defend Trice Geary & Myers LLC against negligence suits over advice the accounting firm gave on defined pension plans funded entirely by life insurance policies, the Fourth Circuit ruled Thursday, reversing a lower court's decision.
