Tackle Co. Targets Land O'Lakes In $40M Trademark Suit

Inc. slapped Land O'Lakes Inc. with a $40 million trademark and unfair competition suit Thursday in Illinois federal court, accusing the food and agricultural cooperative of confusing consumers and costing it investment dollars and business opportunities.
