US Urges CIT To Sack Shapiro’s Woven Bags Case

Law360, New York (December 23, 2011, 3:48 PM EST) -- The U.S. government on Thursday asked the U.S. Court of International Trade to dismiss Shapiro Packaging’s complaint challenging a determination that subjected laminated woven sacks by its Chinese affiliate Zibo Aifudi Plastic Packaging Co. Ltd. to a China-wide dumping margin of 91.73 percent.
