TRW Retirees Told To Arbitrate In Health Plan Suit

Law360, New York (December 23, 2011, 4:28 PM EST) -- A group of Michigan manufacturing plant retirees on Thursday lost their bid for class certification and summary judgment in their lawsuit against a TRW Automotive Inc. subsidiary over the discontinuance of their health care plan when a judge ruled the matter must be arbitrated.
