Shaw, GenOn Trade Judgment Bids In $1B Contract Dispute

Law360, New York (December 23, 2011, 3:57 PM EST) -- Stone & Webster Inc. and two GenOn Energy Inc. units traded blows Thursday over whether GenOn owes the engineering contractor $1.1 billion in unpaid funds for a contract to install pollution control equipment on three power plants.
