Pilots Seek Better Pension Award From High Court

Law360, New York (December 23, 2011, 3:47 PM EST) -- Two U.S. Airways Group Inc. pilots who won a partial appeals court victory over unpaid pension benefits asked the U.S. Supreme Court earlier this month to rule on how a benefit plan administrator needs to adjust payments to account for delays.
