Docs' Businesses Can Challenge Medicare Rule: DC Circ.

Law360, New York (December 23, 2011, 2:54 PM EST) -- The D.C. Circuit on Friday ruled that physician-owned medical equipment suppliers can bring a court challenge to a Medicare Act rule that effectively put them out of business, dismissing the government's claims that the suppliers are barred from both administrative and judicial review.
