US Wind Cos. Seek Duties On Chinese, Vietnamese Imports

Law360, San Diego (January 3, 2012, 4:39 PM EST) -- A coalition of U.S. wind-tower producers last week asked U.S. trade authorities to impose anti-dumping duties on Chinese and Vietnamese rivals that allegedly sell their products at below-market prices in the U.S.
