Jones Day Adds Ex-Health Care Fraud Chief

Law360, New York (January 3, 2012, 6:10 PM EST) -- Jones Day has enhanced its corporate criminal investigations practice with the addition of a former U.S. Department of Justice health care fraud and Foreign Corrupt Practices Act prosecutor, the firm announced Tuesday.

Hank Bond Walther joined the firm’s Washington office as partner. Prior to that, he had served as the deputy chief of the health care fraud unit of the DOJ’s criminal division since March 2010. As deputy chief, Walther supervised all health care fraud investigations and prosecutions the criminal division pursued.
