N.Y. Asks For More Discovery Time In DRAM Case

Law360, New York (July 17, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- New York Attorney General Andrew Cuomo on Monday asked a federal court for more time for fact discovery in the ongoing antitrust multidistrict litigation against Dynamic Random Access Memory manufacturers.

Cuomo asked the court to extend the cut-off date for fact discovery by three months, from July 16 to Oct. 16, 2007.
