ITC To Probe German, Korean Carbon Steel Duties

Law360, Los Angeles (January 4, 2012, 2:41 PM EST) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission will conduct reviews on countervailing and anti-dumping duty orders on corrosion-resistant carbon steel flat products from South Korea and Germany, the ITC said Wednesday.

The ITC said the reviews will determine whether dropping the anti-dumping and countervailing duties will harm domestic makers of similar steel flat products, according a notice posted in the Federal Register.
