Novartis Chastised For Litigation Delay

Law360 (July 17, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A pair of plaintiffs in the multidistrict litigation involving bone cancer drugs Aredia and Zometa has asked a judge to punish pharmaceutical giant Novartis Corp. for allegedly wasting their time and resources.
