3rd Circ. Scraps Fraud Convictions Of Philly Official, Others

Law360, New York (January 4, 2012, 5:07 PM EST) -- The Third Circuit on Wednesday overturned the honest fraud convictions of three men — including a former chief of staff for a Philadelphia city councilman — found guilty of exchanging gifts for favors benefiting a real estate firm.
