Clorox Kitty Litter Ad Fails Smell Test: Judge

Law360, Los Angeles (January 4, 2012, 9:12 PM EST) -- A New York federal judge ordered The Clorox Co. on Tuesday to stop airing a television commercial touting the odor-fighting powers of its Fresh Step cat litter, ruling that competitor Church & Dwight Co. Inc. was likely to succeed on a false advertising claim.
