Ex-Lyondell Manager Gets 7 Years For Kickbacks Scheme

Law360, New York (January 4, 2012, 5:53 PM EST) -- A former LyondellBasell Industries NV employee was sentenced Wednesday in Texas federal court to seven years in prison for his role in a multimillion-dollar kickbacks scheme involving Venezuelan oil shipping contracts after pleading guilty in March to money laundering and fraud charges.
