No Atty Fees For Temporary Court Wins: Calif. Judge

Law360, New York (January 5, 2012, 4:39 PM EST) -- A California federal judge held Tuesday that a litigant cannot be awarded attorneys' fees for winning a temporary injunction if the victory could be wiped out, in a battle over a San Francisco law requiring retailers to publicize cellphones' supposed health hazards.
