ITC Keeps Duties On Pipe From Taiwan

Law360, San Diego (January 5, 2012, 7:32 PM EST) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission on Thursday voted to keep duties in place on certain pipe and tube products from Taiwan to protect U.S. companies from material injury.

Based on a sunset review, all six commissioners determined that lifting anti-dumping duties on light-walled rectangular pipe and tube from the country would likely harm the U.S. industry in the near future and that the existing duties should remain intact.
