Army Lets Health Care Cos. Revive Contract Bids

Law360, New York (January 6, 2012, 7:18 PM EST) -- Goodwin Corp. and Platinum Business Corp. on Thursday dropped their U.S. Court of Federal Claims protests to their exclusion from the competition for a U.S. Army health services contract, after the government agreed to allow the companies to submit revised proposals.

Judge Marian Blank Horn closed the separate cases on Thursday, granting the companies' motion to voluntarily dismiss their disputes without prejudice.
