Workers sue ABRA Auto Body for Unpaid Overtime

Law360, New York (July 18, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The repair company ABRA Auto Body and Glass Inc. was hit with a purported class action on Tuesday for allegedly requiring workers to put in uncompensated overtime and by classifying them, wrongly, as managerial employees.

The two employees who filed the suit said in their complaint that the Minnesota-based company employed “customer service managers” and “customer service representatives” at all of its sites, and required them to work more than 50 hours per week. Both plaintiffs worked as customer service managers in Georgia.
