Exotic Dancers Sue W.Va Club Over Tips, Wages

Law360, New York (January 10, 2012, 7:11 PM EST) -- A former exotic dancer has exposed allegedly unfair business practices at a club in West Virginia, claiming in a proposed class action filed Monday that the club violated federal and state laws by not paying wages, taking a cut of dancers' tips, and penalizing dancers for being late or missing work.
