Calif. Agency May Be In Contempt Over Air Quality: Judge

Law360, New York (January 10, 2012, 6:11 PM EST) -- In a victory for Union Pacific Railroad Co., a federal judge ruled Monday that a local California air quality agency must show why it shouldn't be held in contempt for violating an injunction barring it from enacting rules to curb pollution from idling trains.
