Allied, AMCO Want Help For Hazing Death Coverage

Law360, New York (January 11, 2012, 3:16 PM EST) -- Allied Property & Casualty Insurance Co. and AMCO Insurance Co. asked a California federal court on Monday to order two other insurers to contribute to their coverage of four college fraternity members who were sued over the death of a pledge during a hazing event.
