Con Ed Sues Ex-Manager For $7M Over Kickback Scheme

Law360, New York (January 11, 2012, 10:36 PM EST) -- Consolidated Edison Co. of New York filed a $7 million suit on Wednesday against a former manager who was sentenced last month to almost six years in prison after he admitted to taking kickbacks to steer supply contracts to certain pipe vendors.
