Hostess Ch. 11 Runs Into Confusion Over Union Talks

Law360, New York (January 12, 2012, 7:20 PM EST) -- Time-sensitive talks between freshly bankrupt Hostess Brands Inc. and labor unions appeared to be muddled Thursday in New York bankruptcy court because of confusion about who was authorized to negotiate on behalf of many of its 19,000 employees.
