US Asks Court To Revisit Treasury Contract Override

Law360, New York (January 12, 2012, 5:37 PM EST) -- The U.S. has urged the Court of Federal Claims to reconsider its ruling that the Treasury Department improperly overrode a stay on a VSE Corp. contract for managing forfeited property management services, according to a motion made public Thursday.

Judge Susan G.
