FedEx Drivers Are Employees, Not Contractors: Atty

Law360, Los Angeles (January 12, 2012, 6:25 PM EST) -- A lawyer representing a class of FedEx Ground Package System Inc. delivery drivers in multidistrict litigation accusing the company of misclassifying its drivers told the Seventh Circuit on Thursday that her clients are employees, and not independent contractors, under Kansas law.
