RTI, Uponor Strike Deal To End Plumbing System MDL

Law360, New York (January 12, 2012, 8:14 PM EST) -- Radiant Technology Inc. and its successor Uponor Inc. have agreed to fund repairs and pay up to $2.4 million in attorneys' fees and costs to settle multidistrict litigation claiming they violated warranty agreements and deceived customers into purchasing faulty plumbing systems, the plaintiffs said Thursday.
