EPA Board Axes Challenge To Shell Arctic Air Permits

Law360, New York (January 12, 2012, 10:51 PM EST) -- U.S. Environmental Protection Agency appeals board judges on Thursday denied challenges from environmental and Native American groups to two air permits issued to Royal Dutch Shell PLC units allowing them to operate an oil drilling ship off the Alaskan coast.
