Royal Ahold Plaintiffs Seek Reversal

Law360 (July 19, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The lead plaintiffs in a securities class action against Royal Ahold N.V. have appealed a judge's refusal to allow them to amend their claims against the Dutch food conglomerate and co-defendant Deloitte & Touche LLP.

Notice of the appeal to the U.S. Appeals Court for the Fourth Circuit was docketed Wednesday in the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland.
