Proposed Move To Interior Could De-Fang NOAA: Enviros

Law360, New York (January 13, 2012, 8:02 PM EST) -- President Barack Obama's plan to move the nation's lead ocean and climate research agency from the U.S. Department of Commerce to the U.S. Department of the Interior met with a storm of protest Friday from environmental groups, who said the move could stifle the agency's work on conservation and climate change.
