Picard Sues 4 Firms For $187.5M In Madoff Funds

Law360, New York (January 13, 2012, 6:13 PM EST) -- The trustee overseeing the liquidation of Bernard L. Madoff's investment company on Thursday fired off four more lawsuits seeking the recovery of about $187.5 million from four international financial firms.

Irving H. Picard, the trustee in charge of the dissolution of Bernard L.
