CIT Remands Chinese Shrimp Duty Review To Commerce

Law360, San Diego (January 13, 2012, 10:09 PM EST) -- The U.S. Court of International Trade on Friday remanded several portions of a ruling that subjected Shantou Red Garden Foodstuff Co. Ltd.’s warmwater shrimp from China to an anti-dumping duty rate of 27.89 percent.

Judge Timothy C. Stanceu concluded that the U.S. Department of Commerce on remand needed to recalculate its dumping margin for Red Garden.
