High Court Won't Hear EchoStar's Appeal In NDS Dispute

Law360, New York (January 17, 2012, 11:25 PM EST) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Tuesday declined to hear EchoStar Satellite Corp.’s challenge to a Ninth Circuit decision finding that NDS Group PLC was the only prevailing party in a dispute in which the digital rights management company was ultimately cleared of mass piracy charges.
