Law360, New York (January 18, 2012, 6:16 PM EST) -- A Florida federal jury on Wednesday slapped TD Bank NA with a $67 million verdict on claims it aided jailed lawyer Scott Rothstein’s $1.2 billion Ponzi scheme, a decision the plaintiff’s attorney called a resounding win for victims of the fraud.
