Judge Won't Revisit Ruling On Treasury Contract Override

Law360, New York (January 18, 2012, 5:31 PM EST) -- The U.S. Court of Federal Claims refused Wednesday to reconsider its ruling that the U.S. Department of the Treasury improperly overrode a stay on a VSE Corp. contract for managing forfeited property management services, keeping in place a hold on the pact.
