CIT Backs Zeroing Challenge In Shrimp Anti-Dumping Row

Law360, Los Angeles (January 18, 2012, 9:24 PM EST) -- The U.S. Court of International Trade on Wednesday backed three Vietnamese shrimp importers’ challenge of the U.S. Department of Commerce’s inconsistent use of zeroing in anti-dumping reviews but not investigations, remanding an anti-dumping order review of the importers’ warmwater shrimp.
