Carnival Faces Legal Issues Beyond Passenger Suits

Law360, New York (January 18, 2012, 10:50 PM EST) -- With Italian authorities watching for environmental fallout from the Carnival Corp. cruise ship wreck and the effects of the accident just beginning to ripple through the cruise industry, Carnival will likely face legal disputes beyond the spate of suits anticipated from the ship’s passengers, attorneys say.
