Fed. Circ. Awards Energy Cos. $10M In Waste Removal Row

Law360, New York (January 19, 2012, 5:32 PM EST) -- The Federal Circuit ruled Thursday that the U.S. government should pay two Entergy Corp. affiliates and a power cooperative $10.2 million instead of $9.7 million in a dispute over a spent nuclear fuel contract, but denied $1.5 million in damages for the cost of borrowed funds.
