FTC Releases Docs On Whole Foods Merger

Law360 (July 20, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Just a little over a week before a federal court hearing, the U.S. Federal Trade Commission released documents Thursday that it believes will help prove the merger between Whole Foods Market Inc. and Wild Oats Markets Inc. should be blocked.

The documents released on the regulator's Web site include news articles, e-mails, business plans and a range of other information.
