BPA Class Certification: Denied

Law360, New York (January 27, 2012, 3:40 PM EST) -- In December 2011, a Missouri federal court denied the class certification motion of consumers suing defendants in the multidistrict litigation (MDL) over the use of bisphenol A (BPA) in baby bottles and sippy cups.
