Lehman's Swiss Unit Fights For $16B Claim

Law360, New York (January 20, 2012, 5:11 PM EST) -- The liquidator for Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc.'s Swiss subsidiary on Thursday defended its $16 billion in claims in the Chapter 11 case of its parent company, blaming Lehman for delays in the same kind of negotiations that led to huge settlements with 87 other foreign affiliates.
