Fulbright Attys, Others Hit With $100M Negligence Suit

Law360, New York (January 20, 2012, 6:54 PM EST) -- A Texas inventor on Friday hit his former attorneys, including two partners now at Fulbright & Jaworski LLP, with a negligence suit claiming their failure to adequately represent him in a dispute over a securities trading network patent cost him $100 million.
