Giorgio Settles Mushroom Price-Fixing MDL

Law360, Los Angeles (January 20, 2012, 5:08 PM EST) -- Giorgio Foods Inc., one of the largest mushroom growers in the U.S., settled a lawsuit on Wednesday related to an ongoing multidistrict litigation over an alleged price-fixing conspiracy in the mushroom industry.

All claims against Giorgio and the Giorgio Mushroom Co. brought by Publix Super Markets Inc. have been dismissed with prejudice, according to documents filed in Pennsylvania federal court.
