7th Circ. Revives General Growth Trust Mishandling Suit

Law360, New York (January 20, 2012, 8:15 PM EST) -- The Seventh Circuit on Friday revived a suit by the heiress to now-bankrupt shopping mall company General Growth Properties Inc. accusing her trustee and lawyers of legal malpractice and breaching their duty to her by mishandling her trust fund.
