Law360, New York (January 20, 2012, 11:00 PM EST) -- A Louisiana federal judge overseeing multidistrict litigation over the Deepwater Horizon oil spill on Friday ordered Halliburton Energy Services Inc. to hand over to BP PLC a computer with results from tests conducted on cement used for the oil well tied to the explosion.
U.S. Magistrate Judge Sally Shushan ordered Halliburton to produce a computer containing proprietary 3-D computer modeling of cement test results that was made after the April 20, 2010, explosion and oil spill.
