Levi Sues Wet Seal Over Jeans Pocket Stitch Design

Law360, New York (January 20, 2012, 8:48 PM EST) -- San Francisco-based clothing retailer Levi Strauss & Co. on Friday hit The Wet Seal Inc. with a trademark infringement suit accusing its rival of violating its trademark for its signature M-shaped arcuate stitching pattern on Levi’s jeans pockets.
