9 AGs Probe Zappos Over Massive Data Breach

Law360, New York (January 23, 2012, 4:31 PM EST) -- Attorneys general from New York, Florida and seven other states are probing a hack attack on Zappos.com that exposed the personal information of potentially 24 million of the online shoe retailer's customers, Connecticut's attorney general said Monday.

Connecticut Attorney General George Jepsen and the attorneys general from Florida, Kentucky, Massachusetts, New York, North Carolina and Pennsylvania sent a letter Friday to Zappos.com Inc.
