Judge To Further Mull Supervalu's $1M Labor Deal

Law360, Los Angeles (January 23, 2012, 8:16 PM EST) -- A federal judge on Monday expressed doubts about approving Supervalu Inc.’s $1.3 million settlement with a class of workers who claim wage statements they got from the grocery giant violated California law, saying the agreement didn’t allot enough to a state labor agency.
